Amazon Corporate LLC Program Manager, Fresh Stores in Seattle, Washington
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a key operational area for the Amazon Fresh Stores. You will work with a talented team of operators, product managers, program managers, category and instock managers to drive continuous improvement programs, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deep dive/improve business/operational metrics, and create a playbook for launching new stores.You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, exceptional organization and communication skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role. You will lead discussions with senior leadership and drive decisions on operational strategies that impact the business unit as a whole. You will create and maintain program roadmaps to achieve organizational goals, including conducting cost-benefit analysis.Your role will be highly collaborative, requiring you to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and bridge the operational metrics in weekly/ monthly business reviews to senior leadership. You will drive insights from data analysis and customer anecdotes, translate insights into actions, and scope continuous improvement projects. You know how to be scrappy, and are comfortable in writing business documents.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Business is required.* At least 5 years of experience in a retail operations environment* Proven track record of executing ambiguous projects, including data gathering, problem solving, and communicating recommendations.* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Ability to lead and influence people as this role requires influencing cross-functional stakeholders.* Strong sense of ownership, urgency and bias for action.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
