Role Summary Rivian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support the Field Delivery team within the Delivery Operations organization in the execution of high-impact and business-critical programs throughout Commercial Operations. The Delivery Operations team's overarching goal is to prepare and implement central business functions to deliver the Rivian electric adventure wherever our customers live and play. This role will focus on building and scaling our Field Delivery capabilities. As the Program Manager, Field Delivery, you will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to stand up thorough implementation of delivery projects. You will be agile, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity. You will write new playbooks, tear up old playbooks, and continuously uncover opportunities for improving processes. You will face complex problems with enthusiasm and a collaborative ethos, leveraging a customer-centric mindset to drive operations and align to organizational KPIs. Responsibilities Effectively communicate the vision and strategy for Field Delivery. Maintain project tracking tools to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain the playbook for our Field Delivery team with the support of cross-functional partners Regularly interacts with Commercial Operations senior leadership to illicit feedback, present current status', and highlight risks & opportunities Continuously adjust and improve current processes to meet new business needs, identifying areas of the business that require improvement Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to complete projects and ensure compliance in processes across all areas of the customer-facing business Use analysis of current programming to design, pitch, and implement special projects aimed to drive continuous improvement across the organization and increase Field Delivery output and efficiency Ensure Delivery Operations metrics and tactical milestones meet established goals through programmatic solutions Maintain and improve a constructive feedback loop between permanent field teams & operations Travel to operational markets to ensure successful program adoptions Qualifications Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and iterative environment Operator at heart - a passion for the "go see" in the field 5+ years of experience leading in operations and/or 3+ years project management Proven track record of executing multiple complex projects simultaneously from start to finish Passion for operations and process improvement principles Analytical mindset - able to use data to determine the best path forward An innovative, customer-centric mindset and approach Ability to travel up to 50% Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, CA and Blauvelt, NY Based Applicants: $107,000-133,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range for Irvine, CA and Seattle, WA Based Applicants: $98,500-123,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range for Atlanta, GA, Plymouth, MI, and Normal, IL Based Applicants: $89,900-112,400 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors
