Job Summary We are looking for a Program Manager to drive compliance projects, such as FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, IL5, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001 for the F5 XC Platform, collaborating with engineers, architects, and key partners while driving multi-product projects to support government requirements. You will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure they complete requirements to meet government needs. This will require familiarity with engineering, operations, and other teams related controls and activities performed as part of the software development cycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Your role will be to perform project management for achieving and maintaining FedRAMP Moderate, High and IL5 authorizations to operate for F5 XC Platform.
Outline and drive execution of tasks to enable implementation of control activities to support FedRAMP and IL5 controls.
Provide support, advice, and tracking for audit artifact gathering and preparation for assessments, authorizations, and continuous monitoring.
Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan, roadmap, and governance structure to support and implement activities related to people, process, and technology that span across multiple business functions.
Identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, and resourcing.
Provide direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program.
Partner with change management leads to identify and define a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption.
Drive creation and development of process-related documentation to support technical engineering and operations controls.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, for planning and execution, course-correcting as needed.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and key performance metrics.
Establish program rhythm of business including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership.
Design and develop executive-level presentations providing overall project status as needed.
