Responsibilities: The Program Manager - Digital Philanthropy is responsible for elevating, evangelizing and implementing online giving strategies across Seattle Children's Foundation and Guild Association (FGA). The role is a deeply knowledgeable advocate for philanthropy in online-focused conversations. This position will collaborate closely with stakeholders across FGA programs, vendors, and internal and external partners. While an emphasis may be placed on the acquisition and cultivation of individual annual donors, campaigns can support all FGA teams and levels of the donor giving pyramid, from welcoming to engaging to soliciting to create a comprehensive online philanthropic experience and establish Seattle Children's as a predominant and trusted charity in the online space. #LI-JC1 Job Posting Addendum: Own strategy for expanded deployment of Foundation and Guild Association (FGA) fundraising tools, including Salesforce, Classy and Match360. Work with internal Foundation and Guild Association teams to expand the use of paid search and paid social media campaigns across fundraising teams. Own the fundraising strategy and analysis of performance and paid media campaigns, partnering with Marketing and Communications on implementation. Accountable for traffic qualification, generation, and conversion. A/B test donation amounts, language, layouts and send rates to measure campaign effectiveness. Optimize digital communications for open rates and click-throughs. Identify technologies (either new or existing within Seattle Children's) to leverage dynamic content and opportunities for A/B and multivariate campaigns. Serve as FGA owner and liaison for alignment and integration of UTMs and source codes into Google Tag Manager to improve performance tracking and SEO optimization. Streamline reporting and access to Google Tag Manager to consolidate accounts and maintain a historical archive of previous campaigns. Identify, create and oversee new processes for integrated digital creative reviews, asset deployment, and ongoing optimization and management. Serve as FGA subject matter expert for current and emerging online tracking policies for digital retargeting Working closely with internal teams, responsible for optimizing all current online content and guiding the creation of new content from the perspective of search engine optimization. Partner with social media, content marketing, PR and other channel stakeholders, utilizing an SEO lens to optimizing copy, backlinks, and landing pages. Partner with Data team and Development team project/program managers and internal partners to produce dashboards and reports for Development, Donor Experience and Guild leaders sharing digital philanthropy results, opportunities, trends and successes to inform donor and program strategies. In close collaboration with internal teams, serve as Development Team lead for the creation of a fundraising technology roadmap. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, including Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency. Seven (7) years overall program management experience; including three (3) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management. Experience managing complex projects across team and programs. Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
