Our team is looking for a high-caliber Program Manager focused on improving and executing Business Operations for accrual funded business discounts. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with a knack for continuous innovation and improvement.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will own tactical execution and processes that support the development and expansion of accrual funded B2B pricing programs across North America Stores. This includes everything from new business discount setup, managing pricing decisions, and reviewing/updating SOPs to streamline business operations.

· Create mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution

· Eliminate obstacles and drive issue resolution to ensure deliverables & timelines are met

· Identify opportunities to streamline and operationalize manual tasks

· Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data driven activities

· Develop and automate reporting and/or dashboards to support business discount expansion

· Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse

·Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight or similar tools

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
