As the Books 3P Program Manager, you lead initiatives that improve the Customer and seller Experience. You will also drive enhancements for Book sellers to allow them to further connect with readers while growing their business on Amazon.

About the team:

The 3P Books team operates cross-functionally, partnering closely with WW books teams, Central 3P teams, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver results. This position includes interactions with leaders across the organization – from senior Books leaders and with central 3P teams to drive alignment and deliver results.

Key job responsibilities

• Running the Business for EU/UK: Set 3P WBR for EU & UK across Core inputs, Defects (Authenticity) and outputs

• Work with stakeholders across Books and central Amazon teams (business, operations, legal, finance, product quality, business intelligence) to understand customer/seller impact

• Create action plans and track progress, including providing updates to Books leadership on a weekly or monthly cadence

• Own the experience of Selling Partners in order to make Amazon the best place for them to sell books and to help them grow their business

• Work directly with our largest Booksellers to resolve key customer issues and gain insights

• Perform deep dives to make data-based decisions that drive scalable, automated solutions for customers, sellers and Book publishers

• Managing Adhoc Publisher/Internal Team escalations related to seller Abuse for EU/UK and Seller engagements

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
