Objectives for this role will be measuring the program's downstream impact; systematically developing and managing internal processes; developing and tracking customer use cases ; and supporting the program's public-facing engagements and customer needs for programs. This role will also provide operational support to the AWS Diagnostic Development Initiative.In this position, you will work across teams to gain alignment, develop, and execute a common plan across multiple stakeholders. This requires working effectively with global business owners at all levels in sales, services teams, public policy, and other AWS and Amazon teams to ensure the delivery and execution of projects. Cross-team coordination, project management, and excellent communication skills are essential.* Drive program objectives - provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.* Scale services and tools - design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.* Define key performance indicators - develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.* Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.* Develop sustainable training as needed for new project/program launches.* Work with the HR team and business leaders to evangelize Amazon DR programs and Leadership Principles.* Provide operational support to the AWS Diagnostic Development Initiative* This role can also be filled in our Herndon, VA (Northern VA) office.Basic Qualifications* Bachelors Degree* At least 7+ years of experience in a Program or Project management role* At least 5+ years managing multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders* At least 5+ years of data analysis experience of program impact* 2 + years with CRM (Salesforce and Tableau) toolsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
