Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program management experience

  • 5+ years of overall experience working in IT

  • Effective communication and relationship building skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge and ability to apply process improvement principles.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

  • Strong written, verbal and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bug bounty or VDP programs.

  • Experience working in information security.
