Amazon Program Manager, Amazon Ads - Advertising Trust in Seattle, Washington

Description

Advertising Trust creates a trustworthy experience for Amazon consumers and guides advertisers to policy-compliant ad campaigns for all of Amazon advertising. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to define, manage, and lead our cross-organizational product dependencies process.

Partner teams depend on us to support their new product launches with the right moderation capabilities on the right schedule. We need a PM who will be the central organizer across AT and with all of our partner teams. We receive dozens of dependency and launch requests each month. We need a PM who can drive clarity and alignment on which dependencies are most important and then work with internal AT product, tech, operations, and policy teams to define priority and delivery. The nature of our advertising business is one where priorities are always evolving and we need a PM who can ensure AT is always focused on the most important priorities with our partner teams.

Key job responsibilities

This role requires strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple threads of communication with Partner teams.

You will help define and run an org-wide request process that includes information gathering, triage, estimating, and reporting.

You will support AT leaders by providing key data and information that will help in identifying and prioritizing where and how we adapt and invest

You will seek clarity and resolve ambiguity by identifying and working with the correct teams, outline problem statements, and ensure triages and follow-ups are completed

You will capture KPIs to measure process quality and productivity, providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams

You will maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across multiple organizations

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience

  • 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
