Amazon Program Manager - A+ Content in Seattle, Washington

Description

A+ Content allows Brands showcase their brand story and highlight product features with rich multi-media content experiences, helping Brands to differentiate themselves and Customers to make informed purchase decisions. We are a global program with a scaled portfolio of feature functionality, and we continuously work to implement intuitive user experiences intended to help Selling Partners deliver the best possible CX, while also striving for operational excellence. We are looking for a customer obsessed Sr. Program Manager to support the growth of A+ content by simplifying content creation experiences, driving international expansion, and incubating new feature enhancements.

In this role you will,

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists and UX designers to design and implement solutions to complex product and operational problems,

  • Establish and manage relationships with international stakeholders, identify and pursue store-specific opportunities,

  • Dive deep into data to find patterns for the problems that Brands face while creating A+ Content,

  • Own and execute on the internal stakeholder strategy for upcoming program changes,

  • Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
