Facebook Program Management Operations Lead, FRL Product Marketing in Seattle, Washington

Summary:

The Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and video calling devices. As we think about the many products we are bringing to market, combined with the work we do for products in-market, we are seeking a leader who can help us to build a world-class Program Management function for Go-To-Market which will encompass building processes, playbooks and managing our project management team for the Product Marketing function.

Required Skills:

  1. Create strong partnerships with leadership across all disciplines including product marketing, marketing and communications, sales, product, finance, legal, policy and more to build inclusive processes and forums for PMM

  2. Hires & develop a team of world-class PMO leads who influence across the org to deliver against fast-paced launch schedules for hardware, software, and content

  3. Builds net new processes to standardize our launch processes, business rhythms and decision making to ensure fast, durable decisions and repeatable process

  4. Build standardized executive communications and updates, as well as lead the orchestration for how information flows between Product Marketing and our cross functional partners

  5. Key leader for looking across the entire portfolio to ensure that goals and objectives are set on a yearly basis and reported out on with regularity

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree

  2. 3+ years of experience managing a team of high performing individual contributors

  3. 10+ years of experience in a high-tech fast-paced environment

  4. 10+ years of experience managing PMO activities in high volume environment

  5. 10+ years of experience working in Product lifecycle, go-to-market or other marketing related project management

  6. Experience in driving launch strategy and readiness for market launch

  7. Understanding of product lifecycle management

  8. Experience in creating statements of work and contract negotiation working with legal teams

  9. Experience in launching products at scale
