A trusted client of Randstad's has openings for a Program Coodinator. This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must be located in WA. Set schedule: Monday/Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm Wednesday/Thursday 8:45am-5:45pm Friday 8:45-3:15pm Must have previous experience in medical call center/customer service. salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting contractually required Initial Health Screenings welcome calls outreach to new enrollees. Analyze and report overall results.

• Data Entry

• Make outbound and receive incoming calls. Leave voicemails if member does not answer call.

• Identify and overcome barriers in order for members to complete needed health screenings

• Review and analyze data for call reports to adjust as needed to call approach for members in order to obtain information.

• Must be able to ask and deal with sensitive topic/questions
