At JLL, we are driving sustainability through everything that we do, across all service lines and job positions. Specifically, we are growing our Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning. In this role, you will work with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability Team. As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team, reporting to the Global Program and Integration Lead, you will own sustainability engagement and program management. This role requires asystems-oriented philosophy and programmatic approach to develop and lead engagement initiatives and drive comprehensive, approachable, and transparent processes and program components. This role is remote within the AMER region. What this job involves Developing and leading sustainability-related engagement strategies and implementation plans designed customers and partners in the client organization and for all levels in the JLL account organization Working with other sustainable operations team members to develop, maintain, and improve upon program components and develop success stories Researching and reporting on specific sustainability measures, topics, and workstreams within the client's sustainability team Ensuring both the client's sustainable engagement and JLL Sustainable Operations' program components and documentation are developed, maintained, controlled, aligned, and communicated Continuously improving communications and engagements to further the success of the sustainable operations team and client's sustainability goals and objectives Key responsibilities include: Develop, maintain, and own client interfacing engagement materials, working with the sustainable operations team and client team for input and approval Own and manage the program roadmap and deliverables for a customer engagement campaign in partnership with communication lead(s) Own and manage web-pages related to the Sustainability team Develop and drive stories and content on behalf of the entire JLL and client sustainability team Work with sustainable operations team to track and communicate success stories to ensure a high level of awareness and engagement is achieved with regard to the overall sustainability program and client's success Own and control all program documentation, including proactive identification, development, and maintenance of documented processes, programs, plans, procedures, report templates, and communication templates Ensure all sustainable operations team routine activities are captured in documented program components for transparency in performance expectations and alignment with scope of work mapping Develop, maintain, and own the sustainable operations team's comprehensive communications plan, aligning to internal / external stakeholders Own the JLL Spotlight Series, driving cross-sharing of educational content to account team and client Establish strong working relationships with account and client teams to ensure comprehensive support and leadership Maintain operations roadmap for accuracy, updates, and status reports that the Global Program and Integration Lead will use in client meetings Drive internal team collaboration and input for program component ideation, creation and maintenance Develop and manage internal and external surveys, with results effectively summarized and prepared for communication Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions Identify opportunities for enhancing systems and processes for program transparency and alignment to internal/external expectations and support with team members' responsibilities Provide SME input and own program components (e.g., content development, maintenance) related to SME area Sound like you?
