JPMorgan Chase Product Portfolio Operations Manager - Vice President in Seattle, Washington

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Commercial Real Estate Lending Product, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.

Job responsibilities

  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives

  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices

  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized

  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs

  • Works across the ecosystem of Products to determine return on existing investments and create new investment requests in partnership with Finance

  • Develops and publishes evangelism material for senior level executive reviews

  • Acts as liaison and represents the product line at larger business wide product communities and forums

  • Ensures our Change Delivery needs across the ecosystem are met working in close partnership with our Project Management Office

  • Leads monthly product trajectory discussions and builds monthly and quarterly product review publications

  • Ensures team Objectives and Key Results progress is being tracked and reported

  • Helps drive strategy through facilitating ongoing quarterly planning discussions in partnership with product, technology, and data teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization

  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives

  • Demonstrated prior ability to influence and collaborate across a wide set of stakeholders

  • Ability to create polished, executive level material that is used to tell a compelling story

  • Familiarity with establishing Objectives, Key Results, and Key Performance Indicators at a product or product Line Level

  • Success in polling employee/client/user feedback specific to a given product or at a product line level

  • Experience managing others and leading a small team

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience managing a product or area product

  • Finance or business management experience

  • Understanding of the product management life cycle

  • Experience in a communications or equivalent role

  • Familiarity with pi timekeeping and team milestone tracking in JIRA align

  • Experience with facilitating effective meetings that result in making progress towards desired outcomes
