The Candidate Adoption, Learning, and Engagement team is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help us invent and innovate across the go-to-market (GTM) and change management for recruiting technology to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through top-quality communications and customer engagement.

As part of the GTM planning and communications team, the Product Marketing Manager will develop, iterate, and execute marketing communications plans to support the launch and adoption of new features, workflow, and tools built for our customers in recruiting and other hiring functions. Partnering with teams across Product, UX, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, you will manage and deploy communication standards, mechanisms, and content across our marketing channels to the right audience, at the right time. You will use new and existing channels to drive discoverability, comprehension, and customer delight.

You evaluate communications through the lens of the customer and have a hunger for building personalized marketing communications at scale. You are passionate about operational excellence and are always inspecting current processes to find new ways to serve unique customers more efficiently.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the planning and deployment of TA Tech GTM communications standards and mechanisms to effectively inform and drive actions across customers, leadership, and stakeholders.

  • Own and facilitate a GTM calendar across supported tech teams and prioritize the marketing communications cadence according to customer segments, reach, and impact to our organization.

  • Measure and report relevant marketing-driven initiatives within the GTM processes. Provide regular reporting on the success and impact to our organization and the customer. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Experiment and scale marketing communications channels to effectively communicate key benefits to customers and drive adoption.

  • Collaborate with internal tech product, UX, and end user stakeholders to experiment and scale innovative solutions to drive awareness and adoption.

  • Identify channel opportunities outside of our GTM that either over or under index in reaching specific customer cohorts

  • Drive communications and content excellence in all cross-channel feature launch and campaign executions

A day in the life

In a typical day as the Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with multiple teams across TA Tech and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to drive the marketing planning and execution for a rapidly growing product organization that is helping customers hire the right people to the right roles at the right time. You will create content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions and build marketing programs to drive customer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction. Above all, you are a customer-obsessed owner who can operate with empathy for others while driving influence in an ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
