Is this you?Responsibilities Drive the strategic pricing and sourcing assumptions for assigned products.Responsible for communicating product announcement of assigned products.Create a pricing strategy for large promotions, and liaison with Sales and Marketing to ensure adequate product placement and focus.Liaison with Marketing to ensure that proper sailings and pricing are featured in various communications.Analyze booking trends and progress toward the achievement of revenue goals, recommending pricing and/or marketing changes.Track competitive products, pricing, and promotional activity, as well as the overall cruise and vacation industries.Provide ideas and suggestions for new product features, itineraries, and research projects designed to measure product appeal, satisfaction and/or improvement in marketing efficiency.Provide analysis on deployment changes, manage itinerary changes and make recommendations for guest compensation when needed.Provide Sales and Marketing training for assigned product(s).Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar required.3+ years related revenue management experience.Familiarity with travel industry revenue management, sales and marketing concepts.Ability to analyze data, make decisions and be accountable for bottom-line performance.Strong leadership and communication skills, including public speaking.Advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of database & report writing tools.Ability to manage several cross-functional projects on an ongoing basis and meet tight deadlines.Minimal Travel required, less then 10%.Benefits Cruise and Travel Privileges for you and your familyHealth Benefits401(k)Employee Stock Purchase PlanTraining & Professional DevelopmentRewards & IncentivesOur Culture...Stronger Together:Our highest responsibility, and therefore our top priorities, are always compliance; environmental protection; and the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, the people in places we visit, and our Carnival family, both shoreside, and shipboard.
