Nordstrom, Inc. seeks Product Manager Sr in Seattle, WA.

 

Duties:

Define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for product specific features. Drive root cause analysis on KPI performance. Evaluate competitor experiences. Prioritize feature opportunities and develop annual backlog. Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design. Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained. Develop A/B testing plan with analytics where appropriate. Partner with UX and engineering to ensure a clear understanding and alignment of requirements to ensure intended product outcomes are achieved at product and program level. Understand product value proposition, market fit, and target customer, and continuously evaluating and defining opportunities for the product to deliver significant value for that market. May lead or supervise junior team members.

Requires a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent) plus 3 years of experience. 

 

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years of experience. 

 

Must possess three (3) years of experience with each of the following:

  1. Analysis/interpretation of A/B test results to inform cross-product complex decisions and make roadmap adjustments;
  2. Applying customer value analysis.
  3. Performing data analysis to inform product development decisions.
  4. Identifying and developing prototypes to enable value testing.
  5. Partnering cross-functionally with product and data teams to define appropriate product measurement criteria.
  6. Reviewing product requirements and relative epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  7. Defining effective minimal viable product (MVP) and challenging MVP assumptions.
  8. Evaluating product backlog and adjusting backlog based on learnings.
