Google Product Manager, Looker, Google Cloud in Seattle, Washington

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks.

  • Experience with driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

  • Experience with creating product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Experience working with and/or building developer tools including APIs, SDKs.

  • Experience with data analytics platforms, such as Spark or Pig, working with large-scale data.

  • Experience with reporting and analytic tools (i.e. Looker, Double Click, Omniture/Google analytics).

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally on the tools that our customers use to build excellent, data-driven experiences on the Looker platform.

In this role, you will help shape our platform to support the growth of products and scale to support organizations.

Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.

  • Build deep knowledge of our enterprise customers' requirements for managing the Looker platform at scale.

  • Define, measure, and improve key metrics in the enterprise administration area that translate the success and growth of our enterprise customer base (e.g. satisfaction, adoption).

  • Build and prioritize a roadmap for enterprise capabilities, working with engineering, sales, support, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Execute the full process of shipping features and other total product initiatives, from requirements through to optimizing for landing and achieving our success metrics.

  • Drive adoption and awareness, both through your individual activities and at scale by enabling our field sales and marketing teams.
