JPMorgan Chase Product Manager, Data Marketplace in Seattle, Washington
Job Description
As a key member of the Data Marketplace team, you'll be working on a data products that will transform how our customers discover, access data and use data! Your knowledge of the ways users engage with online products and tools will help create the experiences that will shape our roadmap for years to come. Leadership will look to you to leverage product discover, feature prioritization, partnering with tech and design on delivery as well as your product marketing skills will vastly improve the way our customers get their work done.
Job Summary
Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for delivering customer journeys that provide a seamless, easy to use, end-to-end workflow that spans across data publishing, discovery, access, and consumption.
You will have a keen understanding of the product's target audience and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features. You will collaborate with our product, design and technology teams to develop feature requirements and roadmaps. You will create marketing communications and provide leadership updates on our wins, issues, and blockers.
Job Responsibilities
Work with the Product and Technical teams, content producers, researchers, and developers to produce and improve product artifacts.
Partner with Product to aggregate, analyze, and act on customer data to improve customer engagement.
Own the end-to-end artifacts for delightful customer experiences for multiple products within the Data and Analytics organization.
Partner with researchers to define, contribute, and maintain user-centric design processes that include market analysis, customer feedback, customer interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
Use business requirements, competitive analysis, research findings, and your skills developing delightful experiences to help identify use cases and high-level requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, product marketing or similar role
6+ years of experience designing for web-based, responsive, and accessible applications
Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good storytelling skills are a must.
Demonstrated proficiency in best practices for web-based application information architecture design, design patterns, usability principles, and techniques
Strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate feature requirements to engineering teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
Bachelor's degree in product management, product marketing, analytics, or 7+ years equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Marketplace experience a huge plus
Solid understanding of how data and analytics are performed and used to drive value
Experience conducting user research, analyzing quantitative customer data, and gathering other voice of customer data.
Visual and graphic design experience
A master's degree in product management, product marketing, analytics, development, or related degree
