Amazon Product Manager, AR Product, Global Accounts Receivable in Seattle, Washington
Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) team to lead the development and management of our AR tools portfolio. The ideal candidate should combine strategic product vision with hands-on execution capabilities, demonstrating commitment to customer success and operational excellence. This role requires collaboration with both finance and technology teams. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross – functional stakeholders effectively. Your capacity to work independently, resolve complex challenges, and maintain high standards while managing multiple priorities will be essential to excel in this position.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from research to launch
• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and requirements based on AR strategic objectives
• Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and customer insights
• Transform product strategy into detailed technical requirements for engineering teams
• Create thorough Business Requirement Documents to guide application development
• Establish and maintain feedback systems for continuous product improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and manage project timelines effectively
• Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels through structured daily to quarterly updates
• Collaborate with technology teams on backlog management and roadmap execution
• Partner with reporting teams to develop metrics, requirements, and tracking systems
• Oversee migration from legacy systems to new tools, including testing and validation
• Create and update comprehensive documentation and training materials
• Drive tool adoption through strategic change management initiatives
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
