We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to work on digital advertising solutions that benefit our clients and our customers alike. As a product manager, you’ll be tasked with diversifying our advertising offering, creating solutions that attract new advertisers, streamlining and automating systems, providing data and metrics that demonstrate value, optimizing ads and campaigns, and achieving aggressive revenue goals. You’ll work with a variety of ad, web, and app technologies to realize these objectives.
You will focus on defining ad products and features and working with a wide variety of stakeholders and team members to deliver and iterate on these products. This position will be responsible for digital advertising on both the web and in apps and work closely with Best Buy’s Digital Media Network team based out of Minneapolis. The product manager will also be responsible for creating and prioritizing a roadmap, considering business requirements, customer experience, and the client value proposition.

2 or more years of relevant Product Management experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc)
1 or more years of indirect team management/leadership
1 or more years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutions, cross-functional leadership, etc.
4 or more years of relevant Product Management experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc)
1 or years of people management experience
Ad Tech or Marketing Tech experience
Familiarity with technical aspects of digital advertising
Knowledge of user experience trends and digital consumer behaviors
Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, company vision and express that as an ROI.
Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media and its technology
