Crain Communications Product Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Description Crain Communications is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to help drive subscription and advertising revenue growth through innovation and optimization of our product portfolio across 21 media brands that provide indispensable coverage and data for professionals globally. As Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role by collecting and analyzing market data, tracking product KPIs, understanding customer needs, trends, and competitors to make informed recommendations that drive product strategy and business performance. Core responsibilities: Identifying, collecting, and aggregating market data relevant to our products, audience and goals (addressable audiences, competitors, trends, pricing, etc.) Analyzing user engagement, market and financial data, identifying patterns and summarizing key insights to stakeholders Evaluating products and services through analysis frameworks such as SWOT, SOAR and PESTEL Developing an in-depth understanding of our products to meet current and future needs Conducting product performance analysis (technical and user needs) by partnering with research, data and user experience teams Collaborating with technology and engineering teams on vendor solution analysis Working cross-functionally with other departments to improve product analysis and presentation The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years experience as a Product Analyst Exceptional communication, presentation, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills Proficiency in database software and data analysis tools Deep knowledge of digital engagement and subscription metrics Experience in media and publishing or subscription products/services Experience using automation to track and collect data across the web This role reports to the VP, Product and is remote eligible but also available to work out of our Detroit, Chicago, or New York headquarters. Pay Transparency Disclosure: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. The final salary offering will take into accounta wide range of factors, including experience, accomplishments and location. The salary range provided should not be considered as a salary limit or cap.
