Requirements

Procurement Manager: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to plan, develop and execute the procurement team’s operational responsibilities in achieving the strategic objectives of the overall business. You will partner with team leaders in operations as well as other internal and external partners to organize and drive regional procurement activities. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Ensure products, goods and services are sourced and aligned to production schedules, company standards and customer requirements in terms of best value pricing, quality, and delivery target requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively collaborate with them to ensure optimal performance, and alignment.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high performing procurement team that meets objectives, and that delivers best practice results through continuous improvement.

  • Build a customer centric mindset within the team and its interactions, resulting in being viewed as a value-add business partner.

  • Develop, plan, manage, train, and optimize procurement processes, programs, and data sources to meet operational needs and business objectives.

The Procurement Manager role reports to Scott McGraw – Director of Procurement on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • A track record of creating positive change through process improvement in the procurement space

  • Expertise leveraging your procurement prowess to build a strong performance-driven team

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a closely aligned field and four years of experience in purchasing or procurement

  • Two years of experience supervising or leading preferred

Benefits

Compensation: 105,000-137,000 annually
