Responsibilities: Assist in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities. Assist with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Support the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis. Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements. Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP. Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Communicate with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle. Primary support to SBM Qualifications: Prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems Credit Check SAP experience Microsoft Office Suit experience Data analysis experience Your Recruiter Still have questions?
