We are seeking a product leader to shape the future of a transformative new clinical trials solution for medical device and life science companies. As the Principal PMT for this offering, you are a passionate subject matter expert on the complex and evolving clinical trials landscape.

With deep, hands-on expertise in building products that seamlessly integrate the data standards, workflows, and regulatory requirements of this domain, you are intimately familiar with both established and emerging clinical data standards (CDISC, HL7/FHIR, & DDF). You innately understand the demanding data management, integration, and governance challenges inherent in developing mission-critical products that power the clinical trials process.

Key job responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a transformative clinical trials product

Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical trials, translating complex technical and medical concepts into clear product requirements

Manage the product roadmap, aligning stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs

Partner closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to define the product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the overall product development process.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities to deliver value and delight customers.

Define the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with commercial and marketing teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
