Amazon Corporate LLC Principal, Project Manager - Health Centers in Seattle, Washington is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Benefits team. This hands-on individual contributor role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to advance Amazon's health center programs that are located both onsite (at select Amazon buildings) and also near Amazon work locations and where employees live, through building work plans and developing a strategic dashboard.The role will improve the quality, reduce the cost, and improve the patient experience for Amazon employees through the effective project management of these health center programs. Partners will include third party vendors, health plans, and Amazon Operations. This role will be accountable for tracking the various advanced primary care and urgent care models, measure the differentiated value being created through them, ensure the clinical metrics are providing the correct incentives, as well as create and drive the work plan reflecting the longer term roadmap for the population health goals related to this program.The project manager will need to be skilled in holding stakeholders accountable to deliver timely results and achieve the performance metrics. The role will require the proven ability to balance operational and strategic key performance indicators and metrics by not only tracking the count of utilization, but also measure the value being created with each interaction.The project manager will be responsible for working with supporting analytics and data science teams in being able to tell the value creation, impact, and return on investment story to a broad audience. The role will be heavily involved in shaping the longer term population health roadmap, identifying the gaps in our current state, and mapping the plan to achieve the ideal state. The candidate will have experience in all of these, and ideally has proven results of shaping clinical or value-based models within a primary care system.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree* 7+ years of experience in program or project management* 7+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects* 7+ years of experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management* 7+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* At least 5 years of experience with large-scale employee health plans and delivery.* A proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.* Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders.* Strong internal and external customer service focus.* Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings.* Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to anticipate and creatively solve problems and resolve issues with practical and reasonable solutions.* Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous circumstances.* Great organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.* Successful record of continuously improving program, efficiencies, and proven abilities to maintain cross organizational partnerships.* Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, finance, HR or related field.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
