Amazon Principal Program Mgr, Vehicle Sales, Amazon Vehicle Sales in Seattle, Washington


A new business unit at Amazon is seeking a principal program manager to reimagine our customer pick-up and delivery experience. Our team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group of engineers, product managers, UX designers, and operations personnel engaged in a mission to revolutionize vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering major launches, transforming customer experience, working with partner teams, with a passion for building team and solutions for customers that are simultaneously practical and delightful. You must operate with agility and scrappiness in leading a new and complex program, and operate fluidly amidst ambiguity. You have the experience and ability to deliver alignment across a large number of stakeholders both internal and external. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience

  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
