Oracle Cloud currently has an
opportunity available for a Program Manager (OCI Product Management, Principal
Program Manager) to support the expansion and execution of the Customer Reference
The Program Manager will responsible for creating executable project
plans with clearly defined milestones, reporting project status, issues/risks,
mitigation plans, and creating operational documentation for executing and
operationalizing customer references program.
WA with some domestic and international travel. Full time (sorry no corp to corp
or 1099) with full Oracle benefits
Program manage complex programs involving departmental orcross-functional teams.
Ability to promote and drive the customer reference program.
Built customer reference assets.
Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiativesusing judgment, experience, and leadership skills.
Communicate and report Customer Reference Program status to all levelsof management.
Manage project scope, timelines, video vendors and customerexpectations.
Partner with internal Product Management, Global Customer Program teamand field teams to ensure successful program execution.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international.
7 years of experience driving customer relationships for Cloudworkloads.
Successful track record in managing complex programs, PMP certificationpreferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make businessdecisions.
Team player with ownership, bias for action, and attention to detail.
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through otherinternal and external organizations and individuals.
Strong leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills required.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt and adjust to changing prioritieswhile maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
