Amazon Principal Program Manager, Selling Partner Experience Governance (SPXG) in Seattle, Washington

Description

Are you interested in being part of a high visibility, strategic team that directly impacts Amazon worldwide? The Core Selling Partner Experience team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Governance team, which is focused on measuring, upholding and improving the quality of the Selling Partner Experience. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex cross functional programs and will have a true hands-on approach, strong program management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator.

You will partner with technical and non-tech teams on unlocking opportunities for our selling partners by breaking down and solving complex problems. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in the establishment of new processes, and will drive alignment across a global set of partner teams to enhance the Seller experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience

  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
