If you're a GTM leader experienced in influencing product direction or a product leader adept at working with GTM functions to increase product value and user base, this role is for you.We are looking for a passionate and talented Principal Product Growth Manager, who thrives at the intersection of product analysis and go to market, to drive product led initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. This leader will define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, and go-to-market motions, to present growth strategies including improvement to existing products, development or acquisition of new products, and/or expansion into new market segments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Management and Go-To-Market leaders* Partner with Finance and Sales Opps to investigate the true financial drivers of product performance, investment analysis, and pricing strategies* Deliver robust analysis on market size, growth, and trends by segment/geography* Understand customer's choice relative to the competitive landscape to inform strategy decisions* Influence product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations* Use customer segmentation data to tailor proposed growth strategies* Propose and communicate strategies in extreme detail through writing, and build consensus to establish shared vision* Build and deliver executive presentations, crafting the messages of sales and product leadership* BS/BA or equivalent experience required* 10+ years of work experience in strategic sales/business operations, product management, and/or management consulting* Experience defining product and/or sales go-to-market strategies* Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills including competency with modeling in Excel* Demonstrated ability to write documents that take complex, unstructured problems and apply structure to communicate insights and propose solutions/strategies* Experience working with large, globally dispersed, multi-functional organization* MBA or equivalent experience* Call Center/Contact Center industry experience* Cloud software industry experience with emphasis on SaaS* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment* Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts with a natural curiosity and explore new technologies* Track record of delivering results, ownership, and strong customer focus* Demonstrated ability to dive into deep technical design discussions, summarize complex trade-offs and options, and make data-driven recommendatio
