Amazon Corporate LLC Principal, ISV Sales Synergy Leader in Seattle, Washington

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced candidate to build, own and manage a team focused on creating sale synergy motions for our ISVs. Our ISVs drive significant growth in the market and can grow even more substantially with focused plays. This is a chance to lead our exciting work in this area of the ISV side of the business. As a leader on the WWPS global partner programs team, you will have the opportunity to dramatically accelerate adoption of AWS helping our data led migration partners be successful. This role has a global responsibility and you will work closely with a wide variety of AWS teams including partner programs, partner development managers, solution architects, professional services, and our sales teams. AWS customers are developing some of the most exciting and innovative new businesses and the Amazon Partner Network (APN) ecosystem is helping to dramatically accelerate innovation on the AWS Cloud.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ISVs, creation of sales plays and cloud solutions along with strong business development, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills. He/she should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and technical challenges to help build and convey compelling value propositions for AWS customers with our partners. The candidate should also have a proven track record of influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with prior solution and program successes.Roles & Responsibilities:* Ability to assess customer mission priorities and translate into synergistic sales plays and collaborate across our ISV sales team* Ensure we have the right alignment of sales campaigns and reach* Helps build effective synergy motions with resellers and SI's with our ISVs.* Drive strategic initiatives for new ISVs (coming in from startups)* Develop new contracting mechanisms* Create global strategic collaboration ISV frameworks* Prepare and give business reviews to AWS senior leaders* Effectively team with the program, marketing, legal, and support teams.* Be comfortable with ambiguity as we build a new disruptive and value programCandidates must be able to travel within the US and Global, as needed.Here at AWS, we embrace our differences.
