Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.The positionThe Field Enablement team at DocuSign is hiring a full time Lead Enablement Consultant - Platforms, to focus on enabling strong content management processes with key teams across our organization as it relates to our Prospecting Engagement System of Action, This role is centrally focused on defining and scaling content management methods that empower cross-functional Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to do their best work. You're an ideal candidate if you have experience designing, implementing, and using operating frameworks to enable scaled success across multiple teams involved in content strategy, planning, and optimization. Your path should include experience actively driving content management best practices across teams, merging divergent content management practices together into effective shared standards, and extensive cross-functional coordination among a wide range of global content partners including Sales, Marketing, translation specialists, and Pipeline-Generation strategists.This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director, Field Enablement and is designated Flex.Responsibilities* Own the Outreach Content Operating Model Policy & Process, which involves Intake & Approvals, Content Creation, Translation & Localization, Operations & Install, Enablement, and Ongoing Optimization* Oversee and drive Global Content Intake & Approvals while maintaining clear SLAs, prioritization of content requests, and delegation of content creation to Content Coordinators, who will manage translation and localization, as well as installing and enabling on new content in the Outreach platform* Determine prioritization of content roll-outs across multiple team requests and communicating roadmap decisions* Oversee content launch processes and measurement of content performance while owning optimization goals and execution* Establish and drive a Global Content Committee with regular meeting cadences for prospect and customer communication via, and act as main liaison between cross-functional Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement
