Adobe Express helps people turn ideas into stunning content, whether it's for work or fun, anyone can be empowered to be their most creative selves The Adobe Corporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals for Adobe Express. As a Principal in the Corporate Partnerships team, you will work closely with cross-functional team members and executive leadership to drive successful partner deals with the largest strategic players in the ecosystem to advance Express' objectives. What You'll Do Gain deep knowledge about Adobe Express, including business model, customer segmentation, customer workflows, product offerings, competitors, marketing and GTM. Act as a highly effective business development and strategy resource to the applicable Adobe business unit who builds strategic partnership frameworks that achieve key business objectives. Identify, scope out, and drive engagements with strategic partners that have potential to meet Express objectives. Drive consensus and approval from business unit collaborators and executive leadership to formally engage in deal negotiation with applicable strategic partners, including business terms for such deals. Negotiate complex strategic partnerships with third parties from inception to final contract signature. What You'll Need to Succeed 15+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships negotiating bespoke, first-of-its kind deals Ability to operate with a high degree of independence to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity /
