Blue Origin LLC Planner / Scheduler III - Radiation Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

This role is part of Enterprise Engineering, where we provide technical standards, tools, processes, training, and subject matter expertise for product engineering and manufacturing. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will coordinate Radiation Effects Test activities for various spaceflight systems. You will apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to run a laboratory management system that will help us work efficiently and reach our company goals. Responsibilities: Coordinate/route requests and schedules for radiation effects test campaigns, both Internal and External Ability to create and operate within an integrated master schedule and internal test management system Work with customers and Radiation Team to build a demand pipeline Manage expectations for scheduling and workflow priority Partner with vendors to manage lab supplies and consumables Partner with external test houses to manage test time Track performance metrics and find opportunities for improvement Qualifications: Experience working in avionics test environment, preferably radiation effects aspects Experience with operations management in a laboratory setting Strong skills using computer office tools and strong organizational skills Be able to self-manage with little to no direction Ability to multitask in a constantly evolving environment Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering field or business management Previous experience with a laboratory management system, MRP, SAP, P6, or similar Experience working with electronics including PCBs and harnessing Experience working with radiation effects engineering Manufacturing experience Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $93,240.00-$130,536.00 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
