Job Title - Product Information Management Tester *Location - Issaquah, WA * Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in EtQ Val and Automation Testing as well as IBM PIM Testing. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive projects to successful completion ensuring high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Lead the design development and execution of test plans and test cases for EtQ Val and Automation Testing. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IBM PIM Testing processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices. Monitor and report on testing progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging testing tools and technologies. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications Possess strong experience in EtQ Val and Automation Testing. Demonstrate expertise in IBM PIM Testing. Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. Certifications Required Certified Software Tester (CSTE) ISTQB Certified Tester IBM Certified Solution Developer Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Dec 4th 2024 .
