The Physician Recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates. Develops and implements sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent. Identifies and sources providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years Physician Recruitment experience.
