Physical Therapist - PT – Outpatient Clinic

• Weekly Comp: $1960

• Total Comp: $25,480

Position Details: Located in International District. 13 week contract, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week. We are seeking a physical therapist with at least 2 yrs of experience to work in aMedical Clinic. PT will be working with a variety of patients, geared more towards geriatrics. *Bilingual PT is a plus! Facility is looking for a long-term PT. This contract will have the option of continuous contract extensions!

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals

• Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members

• Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient

• Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Successful completion of National Certification Examination

• 2 years of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years

• Valid PT license in state of practice
