A leading Personal Injury firm is searching for a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team in either their Seattle or Tacoma offices. This position involves managing various legal tasks, including handling discovery documents, managing summons/complaints, interrogatories, trial binders, and expert witnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the filing of suits within civil courts to ensure adherence to legal protocols and deadlines.

• Managing discovery processes, including organizing discovery documents and responding to discovery requests.

• Assisting in the preparation and management of summons and complaints to advance our legal proceedings.

• Handling interrogatories by preparing responses and coordinating with relevant parties for information gathering.

• Preparing trial binders and ensuring all necessary documents are included and organized for efficient access during trial.

• Coordinating with expert witnesses, scheduling their appearances, and assisting in the preparation of their testimonies.

• Conducting analysis of medical records to support personal injury claims.

• Assisting in the overall litigation process for personal injury cases, providing critical support to our legal team.

Requirements

2+ YOE in Civil Litigation

Experience with Plaintiff Personal Injury cases

Ability to work on-site in Seattle or Tacoma
