Description

We are in search of a Payroll & Benefits Director to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role will be focused on overseeing the end-to-end payroll and benefits processes, leading a team of payroll professionals, developing policies, and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire payroll and benefits process, from data input and calculations to deductions and distribution of payments.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary, wages, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

• Review and approve payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.

• Resolve payroll and benefits discrepancies and issues promptly and efficiently.

• Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure workload distribution and team productivity.

• Develop, implement, and enforce payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related compliance requirements.

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of payroll systems and software.

• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

• Generate and analyze payroll reports to track key metrics, trends, and variances.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis to support decision-making

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling Payroll

• Experience in Benefits Payroll

• Familiarity with Benefits Administration and Benefits Coordination

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills

• Ability to conduct Employee Training

• Experience in providing Employee feedback

• Knowledge of Operational Policies

• Proficiency in using Payroll software

• Experience in handling Multi-state Payroll

• Understanding of Payroll Law and Payroll Taxes
