DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Radiation Oncology Services team at UW Medical Center provides comprehensive and personalized evaluation, consultation, diagnosis, planning, radiotherapy and follow-up for all of our cancer patients and patients with non-malignant conditions. Radiation therapy services are provided on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery QUALIFILICATIONS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
