The UW Medical Center Maternal Infant Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time, DAY SHIFT, PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST .

SCHEDULE 100% FTE, Days Monday- Friday

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
