Providence St. Joseph Health Patient Services Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Description This position is responsible and accountable for the coordination of patient care as they come in from a referring medical office through scheduling and registering for their services at the Issaquah Highlands facility. This position performs a variety of front office clerical and pre-business services within the hospital setting. Primary responsibilities include customer service, patient registration, and patient scheduling activities. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: 6 months of recent receptionist or front desk experience in a health care field. Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record processes.
