The UW MEDICAL CENTER MONTLAKE DIABETES CENTER (SOUTH LAKE UNION LOCATION): has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist, Per Diem Days.

WORK SCHEDULE Monday- Friday PER DIEM Days

RESPONSIBILITIES Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery

QUALIFILICATIONS High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience
