  • Opportunity to provide career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Conveniently located just off I-5, UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Mountlake Terrace offers comprehensive primary care for the entire family. Services range from preventive medicine to treatment of chronic disease and acute illness to on-site lab and digital X-ray facilities. Our board-certified providers specialize in wellness medicine, women's health, family planning, and newborn and children's health. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

  • Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery

  • Other Duties as Requested REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND

  • One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
