• HMC Medical Specialties-Full-Time

• HMC 2 West Clinics (2 positions)-Full-Time

• HMC STD Clinic-Full-Time

• HMC Float Team-Full Time PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care deliveryli>Other Duties as Requested REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
