Optum Patient Services Rep II in Seattle, Washington
The Polyclinic is actively seeking Patient Service Representative (PSR) in Seattle, WA at the Madison Center location.
The PSR is the first point of contact for all persons inquiring about the provider’s practice. The PSR's primary role is to organize the practice’s daily activities, schedule and paper work. The PSR’s communication, conduct and performance should support the Polyclinic’s efforts in becoming High Performance Organization.
Hours: Monday-Friday; 40 Hours per week
Preferred Experience and Credentials:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: One year of experience as a PSR in a medical environment, preferred.
Employees are required to screen for symptoms using an approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe.
Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a worksite building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
