Position Overview Stanley is looking for an experienced, functional lead on EBS Supply Chain modules that can work with key partners. Implementing business improvement opportunities in P2P, Inventory, and Supply and Demand Planning, applications and provide ERP system support by working with technical and support teams. What You'll Do Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around Supply Chain related topics and provide expert level guidance on Oracle best SCM practices. Configure and test Oracle EBS applications: Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory, Shipping, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, etc. Ensure end to end understanding of business processes, identify gaps in the application functionality and provide solutions. Lead the design and development of Integrations with other enterprise applications and partner (3PL, Customer, Supplier) systems. Provide advanced technical applications expertise and guidance to technical developers with design and development of integrations/RICE components. Provide Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) and PoC (Proof of Concept) to articulate the recommended solutions. Troubleshoot day to day production issues and process related inquiries from business. Create queries and reports to support end-user requirements and analysis. Develop and maintain ERP system training materials and job aids. Who You Are Collaborator. Proven history of strong cross-functional expertise and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning) and good understanding of supporting ERP Modules like Cost Management, OM and Advanced Pricing. Expert. Expertise in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications Inventory, Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, OM, Advanced Pricing etc. Communicator. Experience working across technical and non-technical teams to solve system-related needs. Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs. Education and Experience 14+ years of experience on supply chain and related modules in technical/techno-functional role 2+ years of experience in a functional role implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications. Experience with RICEW identification, technical design and providing guidance to technical developers through the development cycle. Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance and PIM/PLM will be an added advantage. Proficient in a range of Oracle EBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support with AIM methodologies. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
