Position Overview As the Oracle Solutions lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and setup of Oracle ERP core SCM modules. Your in-depth expertise in Oracle SCM modules, such as Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning, will be essential in providing flawless guidance on Oracle best SCM practices. You will have the opportunity to configure and test Oracle EBS applications, including Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory, Shipping, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing. Responsibilities: Lead the system implementation and setup for Oracle ERP core SCM modules. Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions on Supply Chain related topics. Provide expert level guidance on Oracle best SCM practices. Configure and test Oracle EBS applications: Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory, Shipping, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, etc. Ensure end-to-end understanding of business processes and provide solutions for any gaps in application functionality. Lead the design and support of Integrations with partner systems. Provide advanced technical applications expertise and guidance to technical developers. Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) and Proof of Concept (PoC) for recommended solutions, considering both educational requirements and equivalent experience. Create queries and reports to support end-user requirements and analysis. Develop and maintain ERP system training materials and job aids. Requirements: Collaborator: Demonstrated track record of effective collaboration and in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules. Expert: Experience and expertise in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications. Communicator: Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and translate business requirements into system designs. Education and Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in a functional role implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications. Experience with RICEW identification and technical design. Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules will be an added advantage. Proficient in a range of Oracle EBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, and Post-implementation support with AIM methodologies. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
