Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $77,812.80

The Operations Manager is tasked with managing a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites at the direction of management, supervising Field Supervisors and other security personnel, performing inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed, coaches and trains personnel and carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations.

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Associate degree and 2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education based on one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education

  • Standard computer / technology skills needed

  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

  • Customer service background preferred

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

  • Must have great attention to detail

  • Must be able to manage security and safety of the client's premises

  • Must have the ability to train and develop employees

  • Must be comfortable serving as a visible deterrent

  • Must be comfortable preparing detailed and accurate reports

  • Must be able to promptly respond to incidents
