Job Summary This position is responsible for directing, leading, and managing policies, programs, and relationships that support CCO and health plan operations. Examples of initiatives include leading workgroups, developing policies and procedures, overseeing, and monitoring current processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness, and implementing plans to support rollout of new programs. This position will engage and direct diverse stakeholders toward shared goals, strengthen alignment and partnerships across stakeholders, identify barriers to successful execution of initiatives, and work with CCO leadership and stakeholders to find solutions, engaging with multiple internal and external teams and product vendors to achieve CCO goals. Essential Responsibilities Develop and execute implementation plans for new and changing requirements from OHA, demonstrating a results-oriented and proactive approach; communicate and coordinate changes with external stakeholders, leadership, and team members. Oversee and manage contract deliverables, such as Delivery System Network reporting and analysis, Value-Based Payment reporting, and Health Share's Provider Directory. Manage, oversee, and monitor contract performance and develop process improvement plans, reporting tools, and policies and procedures. Direct, manage contracts, deliverables, timelines and expectations with partners and project vendor(s). Manage and oversee implementation for new rules, programs and requirements related to Health Share's provider network. Facilitate steering and decision-making groups among internal and external partners to promote shared decision making and strategic alignment. Engage and guide stakeholders in communication and decision making at all organizational levels including executive leadership, external stakeholders, and product vendors. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with the CCO's commitment to racial equity and the goals of the CCO's the Community Health Improvement Plan. Work collaboratively to analyze project needs, identify solutions, and inform leadership and health system partners of strategic opportunities. Develop clear pathways for communication and escalating project barriers, as appropriate. Work with technical experts to optimize data analysis to inform policies and procedures required for the organization to execute on contractual responsibilities. Facilitate consensus and collaboration among diverse stakeholders and partners using influencing skills when required and always with diplomacy and discretion.
